Stress Management through Mindful Breathing

Did you know that on average we take 24,000 breaths per day? Through functional breathing we can often restore balance to the entire body and mind. Breath retraining has been shown to efficiently and safely increase vagal tone, reduce blood pressure, improve sleep, regulate hormones, create mental alertness, help with focus, and decrease stress.
